The current website build is a release candidate for testing local AI workflows, privacy positioning, and direct distribution.

Apple silicon Mac recommended
8 GB memory minimum; 16 GB or more recommended for larger models

Install

Open Aiviel AI on the App Store.
Install or update Aiviel AI through the Mac App Store.
After first launch, choose a Local Engine model tier and confirm the model download.

FAQ

Does Aiviel AI upload my files?

No. Imported files, indexes, prompts, and generated text stay on your Mac by default.

Why does it need network access?

First-time model downloads, software updates, licensing, and safety notices require network access. After a model is downloaded, core chat and local file workflows can continue offline. Those network requests should not include user content.

Can this candidate be sold publicly?

Aiviel AI is planned for Mac App Store distribution first. This website provides product information, privacy policy, support, and the App Store link.

When will the keyboard module arrive?

The keyboard will be developed as a later Aiviel AI Suite module, starting with local text expansion and local AI rewrite flows.

Troubleshooting

If the download is damaged, download it again and verify the SHA-256 shown on the release page.
If model download fails, check network connectivity and available disk space.
If macOS blocks first launch, review the download source and the signing/notarization status in the release notes.

Purchase, refund, and license support

After public purchase opens, license and refund requests will be handled through website purchase records. License checks must not upload documents, prompts, input text, or generated output. See the license and refund policy for the refund window and license scope.
