Aiviel: Local AI Image requires an Apple silicon Mac and macOS 15 or later. Qwen-Image-Edit requires macOS 26 or later and at least 32 GB of unified memory.

Models download only when you choose them. Downloads can be paused and resumed. If a download stalls, check the network connection and available storage, then resume it from Models.
Storage
Model files may be kept in the app’s default storage or on an external drive you select. Keep the drive connected while downloading or using a model.
Trial and purchase
The seven-day trial begins only when you start it. Lifetime Access is a separate one-time purchase. Use Restore Purchases in Settings when reinstalling or moving to another Mac with the same Apple Account.
Privacy
No account is required. Prompts, reference media, generated files, and local history are not uploaded for inference. Network access is used for model downloads and App Store purchase verification.
Contact
When contacting support, include the app name and version, your Mac model, macOS version, and the steps that led to the issue. You may attach a screenshot, but do not include private source material.
